Mr. Spearing

asked the Lord President of the Council if he will list in the Official Report the numbers and titles of the 35 EEC documents so far debated in the House, the dates when they were debated, and groupings and maximum time available, the actual time of commencement and end of each debate, the terms of Government motions, any amendments on the Order Paper and the decision of the House.
