§ Mr. CroslandThe Westminster City Council, as local planning authority for the area, has before it a planning application involving partial redevelopment of274W the Criterion site. I am considering whether the proposal is one which I should call in for my decision. So far as I know there is no other application currently before the city council for major redevelopment in Piccadilly Circus.
