§ Mr. HattersleyWe have been in close and regular contact with the Government of the Irish Republic about the problem of IRA attacks across the border and the measures necessary to prevent them. As my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department told the House on Monday, we are now 209W urgently seeking further discussions in the light of the most recent developments.
