§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will undertake a survey to show the location and ownership of all tracts of land in the United Kingdom exceeding 500 acres and not owned by owner-occupier farmers or by persons deriving more than 50 per cent. of their total income from agriculture.
