§ Mr. John Mooreasked the Attorney-General what it would cost to introduce family courts as recommended in the Finer Report.
The Attorney-GeneralIt would not be feasible to estimate the cost until decisions have been taken on the other main recommendations of the Finer Committee, since those decisions could affect the nature and volume of the business which might be carried out by such courts.
