§ Mr. JuddFor the reasons I have explained in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Fife, Central (Mr. Hamilton) I cannot say yet whether, or when, there will be spare capacity at Rosyth.
However, as I have assured the House, in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Sheffield, Heeley (Mr. Hooley), close attention is being given to the requirements of the North Sea oil industry and other offshore energy exploration, with a view to the Royal dockyards providing assistance wherever they can.
