asked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection what is the best estimate she can make of the percentage increase in prices —overall, domestic and commercial— which would result in each of the nationalised industries if they achieved a surplus in 1975 of (a) 2 per cent. of turnover and (b) 10 per cent of net assets.
