(2) what is the current expenditure per capita of all non-teaching area health authorities in Wales, and the national average for Wales; and if he will express each expenditure figure as a percentage of the national average for Wales, and the average for each non-teaching area health authority in Great Britain.

The figures reflect the cost of services provided to non residents as well as to residents. It is not possible to express the Welsh figures as percentages of those for Great Britain:
