asked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) what was the total provision for the current school building programmes for 1st July 1974 to 30th June 1975 before revaluation on 1st July to £69.3 million;

(2) by what percentage he revalued the school building programme on 1st July 1974.

The revaluation factor used for this purpose was 25 per cent. The total provision for the current school building programme, including nursery schools, before revaluation was £55.4 million.
