§ 28. Mr. Madelasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will amend the Motor Fuel (Maximum Retail Prices) Order 1974 relating to the maximum price for petrol in the near future.
§ Mr. John SmithThe Motor Fuel (Maximum Retail Prices) Order 1973 was amended on 14th November to take account of the new rate of value added tax on motor spirit. Further amendments will be made if they are necessary.
