HC Deb 25 November 1974 vol 882 c49W
Mr. Sillars

asked the Secretary of State for Employment what was the percentage of households which had an income of less than £25 per week in 1970 to 1973, respectively, in each of the Scottish planning regions.

Mr. Booth

Estimates of household income are not available for the planning regions of Scotland. From the Family Expenditure Survey, the proportion of households with income less than £25 per week can be estimated for Scotland as a whole; these figures were given in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Fife, Central (Mr. Hamilton) on 12th November.
