§ Mr. FreesonA circular about to be issued by the Department sets out a standard for thermal insulation to which a dwelling improved with the help of improvement or intermediate grant, under the Housing Act 1974, will have to conform. Grant will not be available for this work, but it can normally be expected to pay for itself in reduced fuel costs.
