§ Mr. John MorrisNo. The problem of second homes in Wales has already been considered very fully both by the Welsh Council and in a number of other reports. I am, however, organising the holding of a housing conference, the second of two in Wales, which will on this occasion be held in North Wales, and I look forward to hearing of the views expressed there.
