Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in the light of Lord Widgery's judgment in the appeal of Mr. Paul Foot, he will seek to lay down guidelines or legislate in order to preserve anonimity in, and impose reporting restrictions on, the reporting of rape cases and serious sexual assaults in addition to blackmail victims who voluntarily appear as witnesses.
