§ Mr. Kaufman20 per cent. of the cleaning for which my Department is responsible, and 12 per cent. of the maintenance is undertaken by private contractors. They employ 25 persons on cleaning and 20 on maintenance. The additional net requirement for Norman Shaw North has not yet been assessed.
