§ 26. Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to provide that the voting rights in United Kingdom elections of Commonwealth citizens and citizens of the Irish Republic shall be on a reciprocal basis with the rights of United Kingdom citizens to vote in elections in the Commonwealth country concerned and in Eire.
