§ Mr. Edgeasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the review board for Government contracts has completed its report on the general review of the profit formula for non-competitive Government contracts; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Joel BarnettYes. The report will be published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office on 21st November 1974 and I have arranged for a copy to be placed in the Library of the House. It will now form the basis for discussion between the Government and the Confederation of British Industry to which it is jointly addressed. The Government will take decisions on the board's recommendations in the light of these discussions.
