§ Mr. PrenticeI have been informed that the National Institute of Adult Education has today accepted an invitation to establish an agency to administer the sum of about £1 million which, in the light of my announcement of 19th July last, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and I intend to provide during this and the next financial year.
