§ Mr. EadieThe Government, the fuel industries and the relevant associations and professional institutions are actively engaged in publicity and promotion on energy saving. An example is the Department of the Environment's recent pamphlet on keeping heating costs down in the home. As to the last part of my hon. Friend's Question, the important thing is not targets but action by all concerned in their own interests as well as those of the nation.
