§ Mr. Merlyn ReesSince the announcement on 2nd September of the new scheme for recruitment to the RUC Reserve and 8th November, 844 applications from females have been received of which 119 have been accepted, 89 rejected, 129 withdrawn and 507 are still being processed. It is not customary to disclose reasons for refusal.
