HC Deb 18 November 1974 vol 881 c336W
Dr. Edmund Marshall

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what amounts of money provided by Parliament have been given to the two groups of general practitioners, respectively, in Knottingley and Ferrybridge for the construction and maintenance of the surgery premises which they now use there.

Dr. Owen

None for construction, but under a scheme which applies to all general medical practitioners both groups of doctors receive reimbursement of the amounts they pay in rent and rates for the practice premises they rent, with a notional payment in lieu of rent in respect of the practice premises they own.
