(2) what Government finance is available for the development of a regional airport in the West Midlands;
(3) what Government finance is available to develop the Birmingham Airport.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisWe are awaiting the recommendations of the Civil Aviation Authority on the Central England Airports Study. Questions of estimates of cost and of financing a regional airport in the West Midlands do not, therefore, arise at this stage. Approved capital expenditure on Birmingham Airport qualifies until 1981 for a 60 per cent. Government grant.
