HC Deb 15 November 1974 vol 881 c250W
Mr. Kinnock

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science how many teachers in how many schools in Wales will receive salary increases because the schools are situated in stress areas.

Mr. Armstrong

The schools to be designated for this payment of the special allowance to teachers in schools in areas of social deprivation will be determined by the Burnham Committee and the committee still has the matter under consideration.
