housing starts and 300,000 completions in 1974, or (b) disagreed with it, or (c) reserved their position; and whether, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Melton on 8th November, he accepts any ministerial commitment to the EDC's conclusions on these matters.
§ Mr. FreesonThere is no ministerial commitment to any construction forecasts made by the Joint Forecasting Committee of the Building and Civil Engineering Economic Development Committees.
