§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonMy right hon. Friend has no plans for changing the present regulations governing the old persons' homes licence, since the anomalies to which they give rise could be resolved only by applying more restrictive criteria. The type of aerial used would not in itself be a satisfactory criterion.
