§ Mr. DellSection 34(2) of the Exchange Control Act 1947 gives the Treasury power to give directions to bankers and authorised dealers in foreign currency, who are directed under this power to mark travellers' passports when issuing foreign currency, travellers' cheques and other travel facilities.
