Mr. Cryer

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will place in the OFFICIAL REPORT the number of prosecutions undertaken in 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973 for unlawful assembly and the maximum sentences imposed;

(2) if he will place in the OFFICIAL REPORT the number of prosecutions undertaken in 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973 for causing an affray and the maximum sentences imposed.
