§ Mr. William RossStudies are in progress at two locations in Scotland to assess more fully the benefits of higher levels of insulation in houses. Meanwhile advice on insulation was issued earlier this year in a Housing Development Note. Improvement of insulation to Building Regulations standard may be grant aided as part of the comprehensive improvement of older houses.
