§ Mr. Harold WalkerI have asked the commission to study thoroughly the question of the ultimate location of its headquarters, and to let me have its considered advice as soon as it is able to do so. The availability of clerical and administrative staff in any particular area is one of the factors which may be expected to influence its recommendation.
