§ Mr. John SmithBoth in Wales and in South-West England, machinery involving central and local government has been established to examine possible requirements and how and where they can best be met. If the hon. Member has any points of particular concern in relation to the South-West, I am sure that the Chairman of the South West Economic Planning Council would be grateful to know about them and ensure that they are taken into account.
