§ Mr. CarmichaelSince Bird Hall Lane, Stockport, is not a trunk road it is for the Greater Manchester County Council to decide whether a pedestrian crossing is needed. My right hon. Friend's approval would be required only for a pelican crossing, and no such application has been received.
