§ 21. Mr. Beithasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what advice she intends to give to area health authorities on the circumstances in which geographical sectors might provide the appropriate basis for the management of the health service in rural areas.
§ Dr. OwenAdvice on the formation and administration of sectors has been given in two circulars; I am sending copies to the hon. Member. The organisation of sectors in any district is a matter for decision by the area health authority.
