§ Mr. CroslandThe group chaired by Sir Alec Cairncross is to advise the Government on the current studies of the Channel Tunnel project and to report on their outcome before a decision is due to be taken next year whether to continue with our partners into the main construction phase of the project. No formal terms of reference are envisaged.
