§ Mr. JohnThere are 295 careers information offices in the United Kingdom of which 78 are in freehold property and 217 are in leasehold property. 396 civilian staff are directly employed on recruiting in careers information offices.

§ Mr. JohnDuring the 12 months ending on 31st October 1974, 19 offices were directly replaced in the same area. Additionally three new offices were opened and one office was closed on other than a replacement basis.
