§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Minister of Overseas Development whether she has agreed to any further extension of the Commonwealth Development Corporation's area of operations.
§ Mrs. HartI have recently given my approval for the corporation to undertake activities in Rwanda, subject to consultation with my Department as to the scale and content of its intended investment programme in that country.
