§ Mr. StrangWe invited comments on the O'Brien Committee's Report from all interested parties in the United. Kingdom, and these are being studied carefully. This report has international implications and we have discussed it with officials of the Governments who gave the Balfour Assurances. Also we are in touch with the European Commission. Further discussions will be necessary before any further statement can be made.
