asked the Prime Minister if he is satisfied with the coordination between the Lord President of the Council and the Secretary of State for Scotland in relation to devolution policy.

Yes. My right hon. Friends the Lord President, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, and the Secretary of State for the Environment in respect of English questions, together with their other ministerial colleagues concerned with devolution, form a united team in working out these vitally important constitutional proposals.
