asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will remove value added tax from transactions involving horses in Great Britain in view of its effect on the horse trade.

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will benefit those interested in the welfare of the British horse by exempting bloodstock from VAT.
