§ Mr. Hurdasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will now put forward proposals for a Kidlington bypass, in view of the recommendation of the Oxfordshire County Council's Environment Committee that such a bypass will be necessary even if the M40 is extended beyond Waterstock.
