§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Lord President of the Council if, as a matter of urgency, he will make provision for hon. Members to see examples of the techniques and equipment which might be employed in the broadcasting or televising of the proceedings of the House before a motion is debated by the House.
§ Mr. Edward ShortThis is one of the aspects of the arrangements for the forthcoming debate on which we shall be in touch with the broadcasting authorities. I am sure that, as on previous occasions, they will be very ready to assist the House and individual Members in this respect.
