Mr. Thorneasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether he has finalised plans for consultation with the blue- and white-collar workers in the aircraft industry on the form of public ownership of the aircraft industry, particularly with reference to industrial democracy; and whether he will make such plans public knowledge.
