§ Mr. John MorrisI received the Sports Council for Wales report on the Welsh Sports City only last week. The report 31W raises many complex issues—including location—which will require detailed and careful consideration before any conclusions are reached or any question of consultations arises. Above all there is the question of the availability of finance in the light of the present economic situation.
