§ Mr. William RossThe Government announced on 11th September the addition of £120 million to public sector programmes for Great Britain to enable new orders to be placed with the construction industry as soon as possible, so as to sustain the industry's activity and employment prospects. Scotland is sharing in this additional expenditure.
