§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement about Her Majesty's Government's agreement to the authorisation given to the NATO command in the Southern Atlantic to draft a study of operations needed to protect the white minority regimes in Southern Africa in order to secure supplies of minerals from those areas for NATO countries.
