§ Mr. KaufmanI have recently been informed by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services that she does not intend to proceed with the plans for a hospital on the Shirley Oaks site. This now enables my right hon. Friend to consider Lambeth's appeal, on which he hopes to come to a decision shortly.
