§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will make a statement on the progress being made in the talks being held under the auspices of his Department between the National Mobile House Residents Association, the Caravan Council and the National Site Owners' Federation on the security and terms of tenure of caravans and mobile house residents.
