§ Mr. Tomlinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received from Poles-worth and District Ratepayer and Resident Association concerning the effect of the proposed M42 on the village of Birchmoor; and what reply he has sent.
§ Mr. CarmichaelThe association objected to the published M42 proposals at Birchmoor in 1971 and the decision on the scheme which went some way towards meeting its objection was conveyed to it on 19th September 1973. I am not aware of any representations from the association since then.
