§ Mr. McCuskerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) when he will lay before the House the Order-in-Council reconstituting the Police Authority;
(2) what progress has been made in setting up an all-party committee from the Assembly to examine how best to introduce effective policing throughout Northern Ireland.
