asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he will next be meeting the French Foreign Minister.

Mr. Hattersley

My right hon. Friend looks forward to maintaining close contact with the French Foreign Minister and expects to see him at the meeting of the Council of Ministers in Luxembourg on 4th June.

29. Mr. Hurd

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs which Commonwealth countries have informed him that they would prefer association or special arrangements with the United Kingdom outside the EEC to association with the enlarged Community.
