§ Mr. MaclennanThe subsidy arrangements are estimated to cover nearly 95 per cent, of consumption of cheese in the United Kingdom. Precise information is not available on the consumption of the non-eligible cheeses, but it would seem that no single excluded variety accounts for a significant proportion of total supplies.
